Our Office and Accounting Essentials for Business program is a free 16 week training program consisting of training in technology, administration and accounting to prepare you for entry to mid-level office administrative and accounting positions. Along with training and support to help you successfully find and maintain a new career.

Careers in Supply Chain
The Connections - Careers in Supply Chain program provides industry recognized Supply Chain training through the Canadian Institute of Traffic & Transportation (CITT) and computer & technology training. Plus you'll get tools and support to help you successfully find & maintain a new career.

Construction
Our Project Hire - Careers in Construction Program helps you quickly re-enter the workforce with training, certifications, and job support. Whether in residential, commercial, or industrial sectors, you’ll receive career coaching, resume help, and employer connections to get job-ready and start strong in Alberta’s growing industry.

Basic Program Eligibility:

Living in Lethbridge, AB or surrounding communities (Medicine Hat & Brooks considered)

Must be unemployed or underemployed - working 19 hours or less per week

Ready, willing and able to work but need skills training

Must be 18 years of age of older and legally entitled to work in Canada

Seeking full time work
