  • Bring employees with high energy levels who are genuinely excited to be there.

  • Have games at your booth for job seekers to participate in.

Is a job fair an interview?

A job fair is a way to briefly meet and screen potential employees, quickly learn their skill set and qualifications, and help you effectively narrow down candidates. However, there will be lots of seating to conduct on the spot interviews.

Setting Up FAQS

Upon arrival

  • If you have small items for your booth (laptops, small luggage carriers, small pop-up banners) please park in public parking lot and proceed to Ag Hub main entrance where you will be guided to your table

  • If you have large items for your booth (branded back drop, banner stands, TV’s, sandwich boards) please proceed through the gates to the delivery zone and unload at overhead door #2 
     

Additional Information

  • One 8’ foot table with linen and two chairs will be provided (Additional as requested)

  • Please bring your own power cords

  • Dollies will be available to transport your equipment

  • Employer networking area provides complimentary light snacks and refreshments

  • Concession will be available from 11:00am – 2:00pm as well as vending machines

  • Parking is located at the main parking lot and is free of charge

  • Hydration stations are also provided in the main hallway

  • In the past, our Career Fairs have attracted a large number of job seekers, so please ensure you have enough support at your both and bring plenty of job descriptions, applications, and other materials you plan to hand out.
