About The Event
Manufacturing Leadership Development 101 helps new and emerging leaders build the skills they need to lead people, manage priorities, and support stronger teams.
This introductory workshop is designed for supervisors, team leads, and employees moving into leadership roles. Participants will explore the shift from peer to leader, different leadership styles, growth mindset, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and practical ways to support team and organizational goals.
The session is useful for manufacturing, trades, operations, non-profits, and any workplace where strong employees are being asked to lead others.
