Lean 101 helps workplaces find what is slowing them down.
This introductory workshop helps employers, leaders, and teams learn how to spot waste, improve workflow, and make work easier to manage. Participants will learn the basics of Lean thinking, including how to identify what adds value, what creates delays, and where small changes can improve efficiency, communication, and teamwork.
Whether you work in manufacturing, trades, operations, office administration, or community services, every workplace has wasted time, repeated steps, unclear processes, and avoidable frustration.
